August 1, 2008:

August 24th marks the 76th anniversary of the end of Amelia Earhart's first transcontinental non-stop flight by a woman. It also is the last day to buy photographs from Fall and Winter Sports from 2007-2008! Act now before this opportunity "flies by"!

July 12, 2008:

I will be introducing "timed incentive pricing" to new event galleries. Prints will be priced at their default level for approximately 3-4 weeks from their posting date. The gallery prices will then increase at the end of the purchase incentive period.

July 4, 2008:

Happy Fourth of July! I am enjoying a family vacation in beautiful Bar Harbor, Maine but I have managed to finish editing and processing the USTA Vermont Clay Court Championship images(between trips to Acadia National Park and the pool!). I need to double check the images when I return to Vermont and the online gallery should be on the site around 7/6 or 7/7. Pre-paid 8' x 10" prints from the event will be shipping Monday, so expect them soon!

June 30, 2008:

Thank you to all the participants in the first annual USTA Vermont Junior Clay Court Championships held in Stowe, Vermont! I will be editing and processing your images over the next few days. 8" x 10" prints ordered on site will be shipped soon and the web gallery will be completed thereafter. Congratulations to all the competitors for making the event a success!

I will be providing coverage of the 2008 Vermont Junior Clay Court Championships June 27th-29th in Stowe, Vermont. The "Spring Sports 2007" gallery will be removed from the site over the next few weeks. This is your last chance to buy baseball, softball and lacrosse images from last year!

Unfortunately, pictures will no longer be available for display in "large" size because of a copyright infringement issue. Please be aware that any use of Steve Knight Photo images, including downloading and scanning, without permission is a violation of US and international copyright law.

December 8, 2007:

Tonight's Stowe/Peoples hockey game marks my first use of off-camera strobe lighting for indoor sports. This will have a tremendous impact on the quality of my photographs this winter! I am extremely pleased with my first edit of the game's images and I am looking forward to processing the files and uploading them to the gallery. Pictures should be posted by the beginning of the week so check out the difference!

I will begin to remove old galleries from the site starting with Fall Sports 2006 by early December 2007. Winter Sports 2006-2007 will be removed by January 2008. Time is running out if you are interested in purchasing photographs from last year's events!
