Welcome to Steve Knight Photo - home of high quality digital sports and portrait photography in Vermont. I started this website as a way to combine my love of athletics with my love of photography. It has grown to include portrait and special event photography. My equipment includes 35mm digital SLR cameras from Canon: the 1D Mark III, 1D Mark II, and 1D Mark I and a full compliment of professional Canon lenses that range from wide angle to super telephoto. Canon's accurate focusing systems, image sensor and lens technology, coupled with the 1D's shooting speed of up to 10 frames per second allow me to create sharp, crisp images and capture special moments before they pass by.

Portraits may be shot in my studio in Morrisville, Vermont for complete, creative control of lighting or on location at the site of your choice. Visit the Portrait Gallery link above for examples of my work to see how I make your images special!

Browse through the galleries and purchase archival quality photographs in print sizes from wallet to poster! I use EZPrints and Bay Photo for my print labs. EZPrints uses Kodak Edge, Kodak Supra Endura, and Kodak Endura Metallic paper, while Bay Photo uses the Kodak papers in addition to Fuji Crystal Archive paper. Both labs offerings will ensure that your memories will be preserved for generations. You can also customize t-shirts, sweatshirts, buttons, mugs and other goods with the images found here. Simply choose the merchandise tab in the shopping cart to purchase these items.

Other images may be available, so if you don't see your favorite athlete pictured contact me and I'll check my files. Covering an event often involves shooting several hundred frames or more. As a result, multiple event searches are performed for a fee determined by their size.
